All 36 Council-owned tennis courts reopened in June after being refurbished using £587,000 of funding awarded to Harrow by the Lawn Tennis Association.
Before this project, nearly half of the Council’s tennis courts were in a bad or unplayable condition after decades of neglect.
The legal challenge to Sadiq Khan’s ULEZ expansion, which was jointly launched by Harrow, Bexley, Bromley, Hillingdon and Surrey County Councils, has achieved another victory in the campaign to stop the expansion.
