The Conservative Council has launched an ambitious £10 million programme to completely resurface 50 local roads in the next 12 months, alongside the Council’s normal road maintenance schemes.

Conservative Councillors are aware that there are issues with a number of Harrow’s roads.

The Conservatives are developing a new anti-corruption strategy to tackle this heinous problem.

At the July Harrow Council Cabinet meeting, the Conservative administration adopted a Tall Buildings Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). 

In simple terms, this is additional planning policy guidance which sets out where tall buildings are, and are not, acceptable in Harrow.

Regretfully last Friday the High Court decided that Sadiq Khan’s ULEZ expansion was lawful. Despite the passionate case put forward by Harrow, Hillingdon, Bromley, Bexley and Surrey Councils’ barrister, the judge decided not to halt the Mayor of London’s planned expansion.
