Residents of Eaton Close, Stanmore, were consulted by Harrow Council on the proposal to implement yellow lines. The Council’s proposals do not include a CPZ (controlled parking zone) with parking permits.
Harrow Council Conservative Group have elected a new Deputy Leader following Barry Macleod-Cullinane vacating the position after 8 years as Deputy Leader. Last night, Harrow Council Conservative Group appointed their new Deputy Leader, Councillor Marilyn Ashton who was nominated unopposed.
Paul Greek has lived in Harrow fore over 40 years and has been continuously involved in local matters. He was previously an elected Councillor, with interests in Planning, Education and Licensing. He is also a Justice of the Peace and a former Magistrate.
Cllr Zak Wagman was elected to Harrow Council as a ward representative for Stanmore in May 2022. Many generations of his family have lived in Stanmore; he has lived in Stanmore throughout his life, and the community and surrounding area are extremely important to him.
Cllr Yogesh Teli previously served as a Harrow Councillor for 8 years, working on various committees as Chairman, Member, Deputy and Reserve member and a School Governor.
Samir Sumaria (Shah), born in North London after his parents moved to London from East Africa, Kenya. He has lived in the Borough Of Harrow, made this his home for over 14 years and has become very attached to this vibrant area and the diversified communities that reside within them.
Vipin Mithani currently represents Kenton West Ward. Vipin has extensive knowledge of Kenton West as well as issues faced by residents. His late wife, Vina Mithani, represented Kenton West from 2022 until her passing in 2021.
