Cllr Stephen Greek has represented Harrow Weald ward since 2010 and has lived in Harrow all of his life. He is the Cabinet Member responsible for Performance, Communications and Customer Experience. Previously, Stephen was Shadow Portfolio Holder for Planning and Regeneration and was formerly a member of the Planning Committee and other panels relating to planning and development.

Stephen's role means that he focuses on ensuring that the performance of Harrow Council's services are of a good quality as well as working to make sure the Council communicates clearly and effective with local people.

He also serves on the Board of Conservators which manages Harrow Weald Common. As well as working at the Greater London Authority, he is a Governor of Weald Infant and Junior Schools.
