At the end of August, Harrow Council's Conservative Leader Cllr Paul Osborn wrote to Michael Gove MP requesting that London Council's be given greater powers to resist London-wide charging schemes like ULEZ. We were pleased to receive a response from Michael Gove last month where he has committed the government to support a law change which will give us the power to resist any future attempts to inflict schemes like ULEZ on Harrow.
