Christmas Message from Cllr Paul Osborn, Leader of Harrow Council

However you're planning to spend the festive period, I hope you have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I’d like to wish all of Harrow’s Jewish residents a very happy Chanukah.

Congratulations to Ava (age 8) of Stanburn Primary School, who won our Christmas card design competition for my official Christmas card, which is sent out to organisations and residents across Harrow. You can see her fantastic design above.

Please remember that the bin collections will be different over the Christmas and New Year period and that Garden Waste collections will be paused for the next two weeks. You can find out more HERE.

I look forward to reporting back to you next year on the further progress we will make to restore pride in Harrow and put local residents first.
