Harrow’s Conservative Council has doubled the number of daily bookable slots for bulky waste collections.

The number of bookable daily collection slots has increased from 30 to 60, with the increase came into effect in April.

Bulky waste collections have become increasingly popular in Harrow after Conservative Councillors delivered on their election pledge to implement free bulky waste collections.

Under Harrow Council’s Conservative leadership, local residents can book one free bulky waste collection (of up to 4 items) per year.

This is so the Council can give something back to local people as well as reducing fly-tipping.
